My niece loved the keychain. She was so excited. She rec. it along with the movie soundtract and could not have been happier. Unless of course Bella was there to visit her.
Lovely "Twilight" keepsake, but not worth $50+... January 4, 2009

I freakishly *adore* this keyring/bagclip, but please bear in mind that I paid nowhere NEAR the current asking price of $61.50, and I've seen it priced even more steeply here in the recent past. This item was originally listed for $6.99, and that's considerably closer to what it's really worth, in my opinion. I have mine displayed in my room among my other little Twilight keepsakes since it doesn't appear to be very sturdy in general, and definitely not durable enough for the wear-and-tear my keyrings typically go through. I didn't want to risk losing any of the numerous small charms that do a lovely job of telling the story this item represents, or have a piece of the logo break off while using it on a daily basis.
As other reviewers have already mentioned, the charms are only detailed and/or brightly colored on one side and hollow on the reverse. I agree that the photo is misleading as well...the predominant color is closer to gunmetal than silver, and the logo charm is approximately twice as large as it appears here. Neither of the latter considerations was a problem for me, as I very much like the overall appearance. I do, however, wish the charms were finished on both sides; that would add polish to the already-nice appearance.
One reviewer stated that she hung hers on her rear-view mirror; my best friend did the same with her Twilight-themed necklace...I love that idea, and think I may steal it for my keyring and 3 necklaces, because that would enable me to display the items in a more eye-catching fashion than having them just lying on the TV stand. I could then show 'em off more effectively! ;)
The lion and lamb lines in the book very much touched my heart, and this keychain brings them to life in such a cute way. This item would be cherished by nearly any die-hard fan of Edward and Bella's epic love story, but in all honesty, I would not pay any more than $15-$20 absolute maximum for it, considering the quality.

It comes with cheap charms - but I make beaded jewelry and removed the three "baubles" and added real Swarovski crystals. I added a 8mm black round crystal combined with a few embellishments and another 4mm black crystal and it is a much more classy representation for Edward. I added a 10mm sparkly AB Clear round crystal to represent the diamond for Bella and topped it with an elegant sterling silver spacer. I replaced the little red bead with a pretty 8mm red round crystal also topped with a sterling spacer. I left the red heart and now it looks much, much nicer. The metal is sturdy, but it is darker and duller than the pictures. This is why replacing with Swarovski crystals is so necessary.

I bought this keychain here (Amazon), when it was just 6.99 in November. I also bought the Cullen Crest keychain at the same time. They're durable, beautiful and simply perfect! I'm really happy with my purchases and actually used them both on my everyday keyring until recently...I was afraid I might lose one of them. Now, they're hanging on a key shelf in my home office which is dedicated to Twilight. I'm a diehard fan of the Twilight Saga and these keychains are an amazing addition to my collection. I doubt I'd pay today's going price, 69.99 is crazy...but never say never :)
